Step into the season with intention and ease through a two-part wellness journey designed to ground and guide you through the holidays. Led by wellness instructor Sandra Lauro, this series weaves Ayurvedic insights and science-backed breathwork to help you cultivate clarity, calm, and resilience. Ayurveda is the sister scince of yoga that generally refers to the "science of life" and its focus is to increase health and longevity by daily practices such as meditation and mindfulness to balance the mind and body.
Across both sessions, you’ll discover your personal mind-body type (referred to as "Dosha" in Ayurveda), learn powerful breathing and mindfulness techniques, and create space to reset, leaving you lighter, more centered, and ready to move through the season with grace. You will receive some pre-session discovery quizzes and reflection questions that we will discuss during the sessions.
